1、化學(xué)清洗及鈍化鍍膜方案

　　Chemical cleaning and Passivation Coating Plan

　　水力沖洗→脫脂、殺菌→化學(xué)清洗→漂洗→鈍化預(yù)膜→水質(zhì)處理保養(yǎng)

　　Hydrodynamic cleaning—degreasing, sterilization---chemical cleaning---blanch—passivation film—water treatment maintain

　　(1)水力沖洗

　　Hydrodynamic cleaning

　　因冷凍、熱水系統(tǒng)是密閉的循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)，所以水力清洗只能盡量多啟動(dòng)幾臺(tái)水泵讓所有的閉式水都循環(huán)起來(lái)，其后視水的渾濁度，盡可能排去混濁污水，最好是多沖洗幾次配水管。

　　As the chilled and hot water system are sealed circulating water systems, so the hydrodynamic cleaning should be carried out with as many pumps as possible to circulate all closed water.

　　(2)脫脂、殺菌

　　Degreasing and sterilization

　　目的：殺菌、剝離污泥、清除油污

　　Purpose: sterilization, sludge stripping, oil pollution clearance

　　方法：投加H-1056清洗時(shí)間因系統(tǒng)狀況而定，一般至液面無(wú)明顯油珠時(shí)脫脂工作結(jié)束，時(shí)間大約2-5小時(shí)。

　　Method: add H-1056, and the cleaning time will be decided by the condition of the system. (Generally, the cleaning time is about 2-5hours.) The degreasing work could be finished while there are no obvious oil droplets.

　　(3)化學(xué)清洗

　　Chemical cleaning

　　目    的：清除污垢、浮銹

　　Purpose: cleaning the fouling and rust

　　方    法：在膨脹水箱直接投加絡(luò)合清洗劑H-1070作24-36小時(shí)循環(huán)清洗，使清洗劑與設(shè)備管壁垢、浮銹發(fā)生反應(yīng)，生成可溶性物質(zhì)排出。

　　Method:  add complex abluent H-1070 to the expansion tank and the cleaning work should be kept for 24-36 hours. After the abluent interact with the scale on the tube and the rust, the soluble substance, the resultant, should be discharged.

　　技術(shù)要求：在清洗過(guò)程中主要檢測(cè)兩個(gè)指標(biāo)：

　　Technical requirements: main detect two indexes:

　　1PH值、控制在6左右（本公司采用有機(jī)絡(luò)合劑絡(luò)合清洗）；

　　PH value should be around 6 ( organic complex abluent are used by our company);

　?、跍啙岫?、一般清洗時(shí)由于清洗劑的作用，水的渾濁度將增大，呈黃、黑色。

　　Turbidity: with the effect of the abluent, the turbidity of water will be higher, and the water will be yellow and black.

　?、鄹g率檢測(cè)，可采用直接掛片于管道系統(tǒng)中來(lái)檢測(cè)（碳鋼≤0.125mm/a、銅及銅合金≤0.005mm/a）。

　　Corrosion rate could be detected according to the degree of corrosion of the metal coupon which suspend in the pipe (carbon steel ≤0.125mm/a, copper/copper alloy ≤0.005mm/a).

　　作24小時(shí)循環(huán)清洗后可排放，排放時(shí)可泄空亦可循環(huán)排放，此時(shí)清洗工作結(jié)束。

　　The cycle cleaning work should be kept for 24 hours. The cleaning work is finished after the water is discharged.

　　(4)漂洗

　　Blanch

　　漂洗不用添加藥劑，最好能把整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的循環(huán)水排放干凈或采用邊加水邊排水的方法，來(lái)降低濃度，最后要求系統(tǒng)水PH值和補(bǔ)充水PH值相近，此時(shí)完成漂洗過(guò)程，為鈍化預(yù)膜作準(zhǔn)備。

　　No reagent should be added to the water while blanching. It would be better if the circulating water of the system could be fully discharged while blanching. Watering while discharging water is also a good way to reduce the concentration of water. It is required that the circulating water and the water added while blanching should have the similar PH value.

　　(5)鈍化預(yù)膜

　　Passivation film

　　目的：管壁上形成分子膜，防止腐蝕。

　　Purpose: molecular film should form on the tube wall to prevent corrosion.

　　方法：在膨脹水箱投加H-1072、預(yù)膜強(qiáng)化劑H-1045一般在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)循環(huán)36-48個(gè)小時(shí)即可。

　　Method: add H-1072, an agent used for passivation film, and H-1045 to the expansion tank and it should be circulated for 24-36 hours.

　　(6)日常水質(zhì)處理

　　Water treatment

　　在完成管路的鈍化預(yù)膜工程后，經(jīng)檢測(cè)確定系統(tǒng)水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)，即進(jìn)入正常的運(yùn)行保養(yǎng)階段，此時(shí)需一次性添加足夠量的緩蝕阻垢劑H-8800，使用濃度為2000-3000 mg/L.

　　After finishing the passivation film of the tube, it could be in the routine maintenance stage if the water quality reach the requirement. Then enough corrosion and scale inhibitor H-8800 should be added and the concentration should be 2000-3000 mg/L.

　　進(jìn)入穩(wěn)定處理階段時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)檢測(cè)結(jié)果和補(bǔ)充水量確定緩蝕阻垢劑H-8800投加量。

　　While the water quality is stable, corrosion and scale inhibitor H-8800 should be added according to the detect result and the quantity of added water.
